If you are struggling with an illness or any obstacle, this message is for you. 1 Do not allow your diagnosis to define you. You are so much more than your illness. Your worth and potential extend beyond any label that tries to limit you. 2 Do not downgrade the belief in your own potential. Even when the odds are stacked against you, never stop believing in your ability to overcome and grow. 3 Do not believe the statistics and Never give up. You are not a number. You are unique, and your story isn’t written by anyone but you. 4 Advocate for yourself- You know your body best. Trust your instincts and speak up for yourself. You have gut feelings for a reason. 5 Be open-minded to alternative healing modalities and nutrition. Sometimes the most powerful changes come from exploring new paths. Embrace the idea that food is medicine and be open to different approaches that align with your body’s specific needs. 6 Build a support team around you that can help and support you emotionally, mentally and physically.
